From setup to results, the complete workflow across both systems.
Open the App, go to Setup → School Profile and enter your school name, address, exam title, and year. Define classes, streams, and subjects.
Add students under Register, then go to Marks to enter subject scores. Grades, totals, and positions update in real time.
Go to Report for a class summary or individual report cards. Print directly or save as PDF using the built-in pdf and printing packages.
Save exam sessions for future reference. Promote or graduate students — their data moves to GraduatedStudent with archived marks preserved.
Send student data to the Django web portal. Students can then look up their report cards from any browser by entering their Student ID on the homepage.
No login needed. Students enter their Student ID, see all their saved report cards, and choose which one to view or print.
